What you need to know
- Cars running on natural gas (CNG/LNG) pay half price; plug-in hybrids up to 50 g CO₂/km pay a quarter.
- Electric and hydrogen cars are exempt, but foreign-registered vehicles must register the exemption first.
- Buy only on the official portal edalnice.gov.cz or at official sales points; mistakes at a sales point can be corrected within 15 minutes.
